Important Information

Driver Requirements
• Minimum driver age: 21 years
• Driver must hold a valid license for at least 1 year
• International driving license may be required for non-EU drivers

Fuel Policy
• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received.

Mileage
• Unlimited mileage included.

Delivery & Pickup
• Free airport pickup
• Free delivery to hotel or villa
• Service available across Zakynthos island.

Additional Drivers
• One additional driver may be added free of charge.

Late Return
• Late returns may result in an extra rental day charge.

Documents Required
• Valid driving license
• Passport or ID card

Insurance

Basic Insurance (CDW) – Included

Your rental includes basic insurance coverage.

In case of damage to the vehicle, the maximum amount the driver may be responsible for is €4000.

All ATV and scooter rentals include Third-Party Liability Insurance, as required by Greek law.

Your rental includes:

Vehicle Damage Responsibility

The renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft affecting the rented ATV or scooter during the rental period.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Collision damage
  • Scratches and bodywork damage
  • Tire damage
  • Mechanical damage caused by misuse
  • Broken mirrors or lights
  • Lost or damaged keys
  • Theft or attempted theft
  • Interior damage

Any repair or replacement costs are the responsibility of the renter.

Not Covered

Third-party insurance does not cover:

  • Damage to the rented vehicle
  • Off-road driving
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Traffic fines or violations
  • Negligent or reckless driving
  • Lost keys
  • Unauthorized drivers

Security Deposit

ATVs & Scooters

No security deposit is required for drivers aged 21 years and over.

However, the renter remains fully responsible for any damage or loss to the rented vehicle in accordance with the rental agreement.

Security Deposit

• Basic Insurance: No deposit (Age 21+)
• Full Insurance: No deposit required (Age 21+)

The deposit is fully refunded after the vehicle is returned in the same condition.
